Has anyone used a 7060 for trans control only? How would it interface with a second controller to get the necessary information to function?

Alternatively, I have a 7427 in it now. What about the equivalent Diesel PCM? Can we tune those with tunerpro and autoproms?
You would share certain sensors between the two E/PCMs, like TPS, MAP, VSS, DRP, etc.
The man who says something is impossible, is usually interrupted by the man doing it.
What advantage do you see over the 7427 you already have. I have both so just wondering.
6395, BHDF, 7.4 BBC lightly modded now 6395 BMHM back to BHDF
I have 3 7060s and can sell the nearly new '27 and related gear lol (Actually its a 6395, essentially the same thing, as you know)
After doing more research I think I'm just going to MPI mod the 7427 for the time being, see how it runs, then leave OBD1 behind and go to something newer and faster that can handle an ethanol sensor. The fact that I can walk into ANY parts house and immediately get a new PCM for 100 bucks is a huge positive to keeping what I have, however, so if it idles cleanly with the bigger injectors on it then I may just keep it.
