My apologies for not following up with this thread.

Found the issue. Somehow while working on the TBI the vacuum nipple on the EGR Solenoid to the EGR valve broke clean off. After replacing the overpriced Solenoid, the codes disappeared, but the motor would still stumble and shut down. Ran multiple tests to eventually find that the wire harness ground was loose which shut the ICM down resulting in no negative signal to the injectors. this explained why it would shut down at random. Cleaned up the ground area and tighten her up... she runs like a champ now.
