Is it possible to read the memcal of a 8 cyl and flash it to a 6 cyl one? How do you do it?

Yes, and sorta.
It can be read, and programmed to a different MEMCAL, however, the LHM (Limp Home Mode) and hardware fueling side along with the knock filter will not be correct and will throw a CEL, there are modifications needed to have the hardware side of the MEMCAL match the programmed side.
There are threads on this, so search them up.

Hi,
meanwhile i found some threads from 2012.There is a list and this picture of the netres. But when I compare the resistance of my 6cyl memcal 68767 93322 3 from a 16196395ECM to the picture they are different.^Later on this day I will compare with the 8cyl memcal. Thanks.
It appears the topic is TBI Memcals? I've noticed some TBI V6 engines use two knock sensors. The Memcal knock sensor filters are different V6 vs. V8. I think a good plan would be to use a V8 Memcal for a V8 engine and use a V6 Memcal for the V6 engine.

Hi Dave, I do so! I have the V8 memcal for my V8.And I have a V6 memcal.I wanted to change the V6 memcal to a V8 one .It is easier to change when you try different bins! I guess I will by another v8 one but with shipping they sum up to 50 to 70 bucks.
simular ones, the zif socket on the memcal for the sf512 eprom and a self-build (picture somewhere here in the forum) adapter from memcal to zif.I disturbed some feed of eproms when i took them from the zif on the eprom already.
I'm confused, please post a picture of the memcal ZIF setup?
