Bench harnes finished, wish me luck :)
So, new OS written to the PCM (12587603), read the bin and opened into tuner pro, switched the VATS off and saved. . . . . . When I save it has a 'checksum' error but it opens back into tuner pro ok, with the VATS off.
I've seen a few threads with people getting the error but there doesn't seem to be a straight answer why, I'm just a little worried about writing the new bin to my PCM.
One step forward two back haha.
A bad or missing checksum DLL file in Tuner Pro RT is causing this problem. You should go back to the Tuner Pro RT site, grab that DLL file and load it where that site says for it to go. Otherwise, use a program called "Universal Patcher" to fix the bad checksum. Don't load your file with the bad checksums.

Thanks Rick, I had the wrong DLL file for the XDF I was using, saves without the warning now so I'll try writing the file back to the PCM.
