Post a full details of the bench setup.

Power supply, type, amperage
measured voltage at flash time
bench setup with some pics.

pcm1 seems that can be saved, but pcm2 seems complete toast.

Bench harness but I'm only getting 12.1 even when flashingPXL_20220218_165719457.jpg

Dump that ac adapter in the trash bin and use fully charged battery for testing. If all works get a better Power supply.
The pcm that gives you trouble have intel chips that are very picky about voltage. The one that worked might have the amd chip.

That worked! I got a new power supply and I got both ECM's to flash. Now I am having trouble turning off the VATS. Attached is my .bin I am getting the typical fires for a second then dies. I pour gas in the intake and it starts. I have searched and searched for anything related to VATS and no luck! TIA
