That your engine is a 5.7L is obvious, and stipulated. I'm commenting on the file you posted.
Ok, after doublechecking
The VIN of the file you posted corresponds to a 4.3L L99 V8 Caprice sedan, whose calibration ID would be 16230191
However, the calibration number of the .bin file you posted is actually 16199871.
It still does not rule out the possibility that the .bin file was originally an L99 .bin file, though.

Vin and os are related to pcm. Maybe it was used once in a 4.3 v8. Later a reflash might have occurred with different bin, but the cal id are zeroed so it is really hard to tell what is inside the pcm.
In post #7, I saw the file's VIN - 1G1BL52W8RR101108 - and looked it up on tis2web.service.gm.com/tis2web.
1G1BL52W8RR101108 corresponds to calibration number 16230191, which is a '94 L99 4.3L with a 2.73 rear axle.
I'll admit that was not very thorough, since I only looked at the .bin file's VIN.
Looking at the file's calibration number directly, yields 16199871, which is, so far as I know, not a GM calibration part number.
It does not rule out the possibility that the original .bin file was a 4.3L L99 .bin file, with pains taken to transpose all the 5.7L LT1 values into it so it would work well with a 5.7L LT1.
I apologize for the distraction. Fine-tuning the injector data should make this .bin file work more than well enough.

Here are a few pics of the EEHACK i took tonight
I don`t see nothing weird in the tune. A basic start-up tune to get you running. Can you give more info on what is done to the car to the slightest detail, so we can get you in the rigth direction of tuning.
