I have the 16196395 BJLH $0E PCM that has been in my 1994 Chevy k1500 5.7l 4L60e truck for many years. I have now found out that this PCM is for the 4L80e transmission. I don't think a 4l80e transmission was removed and a 4l60e installed so the 16196395 must have been put in at some point. Not sure how this happened. I found the bin file for 5.7l BHMD but its for the $0D 16197427 PCM. I can't find a bin file for a 4l60e with the 16196395 $0E What should I do? The truck runs and drives fine I'm just wondering why it has such bad gas mileage (10 mi/gal) and i need to pass an emission re-test due to high CO at idle. (11ppm over the 200ppm max for passing the test. This truck also did not have an IAT sensor or a MAT sensor to go with the bin files that I have looked at in Tunerpro RT. There are a few tables that rely on MAT for calculations and the log data shows the intake air temp reads -40.0 deg all the time. This tuning stuff is starting to get very complex and frustrating. I have no way to do a sniffer test to see where the readings are out the pipe now that I have replaced the O2 sensor, the EGR valve, the TPS, the IAC and the ignition coil. All original equipment from 1994.
