There are actually two parts required for the TBI Chip, the EPROM and the plastic EPROM holder. Basically EPROM holders are only available used.

Do you know of anyone who burns these chips? In my research I found some older sites and a couple people did not respond, could be holiday related though.

I looked into burning my own, but I am not planning on modding anytime soon. The last owner unplugged the emissions but did not tune out. I have a egr block off coming and smog delete pulley. Trying to get truck running smoother.
