Get a base without holes so it sucks cold air! and get the fans on earlier so it does not get this hot.
I just don't know what to do with tune to help pass, waiting for tips?

well is blocking off the pcv going to help? I can do that and see with another log. ill set the fans to come on at 198 or 195. even if they stay on that's ok. I have an offroad chip from hypertech here but it will throw a 32 egr code. I have a negative backpressure egr on it now. I can throw the other chip in and see what she does with it.
Looking at the log when it got hot at end, it was idling and BLM bottomed out at 108. Earlier in log they were 115 which is under O2 feedback. So something about hotter is cleaner is not working here.
I can mail you another chip with adjustments like Fast indicated? But I would get fans on earlier. Leave the PCV on...

at this point ill take what I can get. fixin to go out and put in that hypertech chip I have. perty sure it is about stock. then I will log tht and post it. would the evap canister purging fuel tank pressure cause any of this? and was the egr working in the log yesterday or is that able to be seen. hell I might as well throw a 180 thermostat back in it I suppose since it seems to be working ass backwards.

Temperature was fine until you stopped driving = stopped getting air to cool. Engine temps went up and BLM went down to bottom and stayed there. In the bin definition I can see where spark is changed to compensate for temperatures but not fuel? Doesn't matter, it won't help the problem, just need to keep engine temps closer to operating range. Is this the stock thermostat?
The data log was only to see if there was an obvious issue. It's not going to tell us if we made emissions readings better or worse. At this point the data showed the engine get's to hot at idle. Maybe this is just after a highway cruise, but still there.
EGR is not in data stream.
For now the only thing we can fix is fan on time to keep engine at operating temp and tape up holes letting hot air in air cleaner. We will see if there's any more chip tips and I can mail you one. I don't do emmissions tuning so it's only to give you a helping hand. Have no experiance here and don't want any...
