I bought another 411 PCM, it didn't have the service type stickers on it. I was able to read the PCM, got the OS number 12216125 and Hardware number 9386530. I saved the file, and now I'm unable to read or do anything, LOCKED. Now my question: I'm going to attempt another save, can I use the OS number 12212156 when I try to reflash or should I just use the original OS?
Yes, use 12212156 for the new OS. Sounds like you might need to take the lid off and ground that pin on the board to recover your PCM. I've never seen an XDF for 12216125.

Well, I saved this one. I installed the LS tune I'm using in the 73 C10. I'll be installing it in the 73 to make sure everything works.IMG_20220410_085706848[1].jpgIMG_20220410_090118056[1].jpgIMG_20220410_085713693[1].jpg
